OUR STORY
The Rowley family joined the brewing industry with a unique and specific mission and vision. The family has a farm brewing heritage before the prohibition era put an end to a generational craft handed down for ages since the 16th Century. Rebuilding a lost family tradition through the brewing business provides O'Rothlain Brewing Company the opportunity to create distinctive beers with regionally recognized flavors and to perfect the products offered for sale to the public. We choose to focus on heritage, thus naming our company after our Scots-Irish forebears whose legacy is reborn today in our hard-working, pioneering spirit of the Inland Northwest...here, where our families set down deep roots in the labor that builds this region, and in the concern for quality and value for the hard-earned dollar. The O'Rothlain Brewing Company believes in cultivating the craft of brewing and bringing back traditions from our heritage as families living and working this region. As a nano-brewery we brew with a five-barrel capacity and can produce up to 7,500 gallons [245 barrels] annually.

Our vision is to develop our nano-brewery and grow it over time, producing primarily beer varietals in twelve flavors, our Dirty Dozen. We believe in brewing interesting beers at the highest level of quality found anywhere in the Inland Northwest marketplace.

Our mission as a brewery business is to build tradition by harkening back to our heritage as a family and as a region. We make available assorted locally brewed beer for lovers of locally brewed beer in the Inland Northwest region.
