7 Barrel Brite Tanks [Older but plenty for now]
Obviously, I have my work cut out for me cleaning these up and modifying so that they can be a part of our operation. These are technically brite tanks and will compliment the 6 Barrel Stout brite that we already have. That should be enough in that category until we can afford to go newer with these. That will be a few years, I think. There is a Hot Liquor Tank on the way from Dalton , Georgia and that will also be a clean up job and modification project, but will complete the tank acquisitions for the hot side. We acquired a fermentation temperature control from an auction we hopoe to be able to make use of..it will arrive in a few days. We need a couple of good pumps and a central controller for the hot side going forward. We are busy doing paperwork for the federal government and state and will be seeking county approval as soon as we have a secured facility. The facility for the O'Rothlain's Farmers Market Cooperative is in the proposal stage and moving forward. Our goal is an Octoberfest soft opening, but that is up to many, many variables.
