The difficulties brought on by Covid-19 have caused a slowdown in the pace of our startup process. We have continued to purchase necessary equipment including a second and identical pump for the pilot system and hoses for both. We have a bid in on a heat exchanger and are looking to secure a few more fermenters. We will need an electrician for the panel and pumps and other tie in digital monitoring units. But, this is our update for now. We are brewing and working on recipes for our menu and registering these with the authorities. Octoberfest 2023 Grand Opening? We hope.
